What are your love rules?

 

When a person really wants to be loved, how do you love that person? By your rules or by their rules? If you want them to feel love then you must love them by their rules. Ask them what their rules are to feel loved, listen to them. I feel loved when someone actually says, "I love you". I like to hear those words. Some people need hugs, others needs birthday cards, phone calls , presents, visits, the list goes on but unless you show them in their language I have found that they will not feel loved by you. My dad this past weekend really felt loved when Martin came over and cleaned out his gutters on his roof, he called later to say thank you then he asked if he could buy us a gift. The way he shoes his love is by buying a gift or giving money. I feel my dads love when he hugs me or sends me a card with the words "I Love You". But he is loving me with his love language. Which is good enough. IDK Monday seems to be my share day for what ever it is worth.

 

I heard that you can associate feeling loved by you loving someone. When you are in the process of love your are actually in the midst of Love already.
